Analyst Treasury I
Summary of Position:
The Treasury Analyst supports the daily operations of the treasury function, including cash management, banking activities, reporting, corporate risk and compliance. This role assists in ensuring liquidity for operations, maintaining banking relationships, executing treasury transactions, and supporting broader finance initiatives. The Treasury Analyst will contribute to internal reporting, treasury system maintenance, and continuous improvement projects within the function.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, wire transfers, and bank reconciliations.
Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis.
Help monitor short-term investment balances and borrowing needs.
Assist with the administration of corporate bank accounts and online banking platforms.
Prepare treasury-related reports, such as cash reports, debt summaries, executive reports and compliance schedules.
Maintain internal treasury records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
Prepare documents and assist with annual insurance renewals
Support internal controls and help enforce treasury policies and procedures.
Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Operations and Finance teams on treasury-related matters.
Participate in projects to enhance treasury systems, reporting tools, and banking operations.
Provide general administrative support to the Treasury team as needed.


Necessary Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business field.
1–3 years of relevant treasury, finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred.
Progress toward CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems.
Basic understanding of cash management principles, banking products, and financial instruments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Physical Demands:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to frequently sit with frequent forward bending and occasional rotation. The employee must rarely lift, carry and/or move up to 13 pounds and rarely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is required to rarely push or pull up to 45 pounds horizontally. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required occasionally to walk; climb stairs; and stand with rare rotation. Rarely the employee is required to squat repetitively or reach up to 74”. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Working Environment:  Works in office environment and rarely site environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
